Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Revolutionary Wealth LLC (“Revolutionary Wealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.revolutionary-wealth.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. It does not apply to information we collect offline or through any other channel.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any message you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to maintain records of the conversation. Your submission is stored in our customer relationship management system, along with the traffic-source information described below, so we know how you found us when we follow up.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and site-operation purposes.
We also use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and move through the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, roughly how long you spend on them, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and the site or search engine that referred you. This information is processed by Google on our behalf, and Google’s own privacy terms apply to it.
Traffic-source information. When you first arrive, we record how you got here: the referring website or search engine, and any campaign tags or advertising click identifiers in the link you followed. This is stored in your own browser using local storage under the name rw_attribution_v1, kept for up to 365 days, and sent to us only if you later submit the contact form. It tells us which of our efforts brought you to the Site. It does not identify you unless and until you choose to give us your details.
Cookies and similar technologies. This Site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics, in addition to cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function. We do not currently run advertising or retargeting pixels. Pages that embed a Google Map may also cause Google to set cookies when that map loads. If we add advertising pixels or similar tools, we will update this policy to name them before they go live.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your questions and requests;
- Schedule and prepare for conversations or meetings you request;
- Maintain records consistent with our regulatory obligations as a financial services firm; and
- Improve and maintain the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for unrelated marketing without your consent.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Site or run our business. As of the date above, these are our website hosting and content-delivery provider, Google (for the analytics and tag management described above, and for embedded maps), our customer relationship management system, which holds contact-form submissions, and our compliance and supervisory affiliates. We require these providers to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process, including requests from regulators such as FINRA or the SEC.
Financial Privacy
Because Drew Scott is a registered representative offering securities and investment advisory services through Integrity Alliance, LLC, Member SIPC, certain nonpublic personal information collected in the course of an advisory or brokerage relationship is also governed by federal financial privacy law and by Integrity Alliance’s privacy notice. If you become a client, you will receive that notice separately, and it will control how nonpublic personal information related to your accounts is handled.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete information you previously submitted, subject to any recordkeeping obligations we have as a regulated financial services business.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we detect it automatically and disable advertising and personalization storage for your visit. You do not need to tell us anything for this to take effect.
Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can clear the traffic-source entry described above by clearing your browser’s site data for this Site. Google also publishes a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the Site or from contacting us.
Visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland. Analytics, advertising, and personalization storage are disabled by default for visitors in these regions, and stay disabled unless we later introduce a consent tool and you choose to enable them.
California residents. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise your rights to know, correct, or delete by contacting us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Children’s Privacy
This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
